LifeAssist administrators have full access to all user data for operational and support purposes. This includes but is not limited to: profile information, usage history, activity logs, and all content you create within the Service.

By using LifeAssist, you acknowledge and consent to the following data practices:

  • Activity Logging: We log all actions including logins, feature usage, and settings changes
  • AI Interactions: All AI chat conversations and queries are stored and accessible
  • Financial Data: Expense tracking data, budget information, and payment history are stored
  • Health Data: Meal logs, nutrition data, and wellness information are stored
  • Personal Information: Profile details, preferences, and settings are stored

4. Administrator Access Rights

Administrators of LifeAssist have the following access and capabilities:

  • View all user accounts, profiles, and personal information
  • Access complete activity logs and usage history
  • Read all AI chat conversations and queries
  • View all meals, expenses, goals, habits, and wellness data
  • Modify user subscription tiers and roles
  • Manage referral bonuses and promotional credits
  • Access payment and transaction records

This access is used for:

  • Providing customer support and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring for abuse and enforcing terms of service
  • Improving the Service based on usage patterns
  • Managing subscriptions and billing

5. User Responsibilities
